Dear Friends of Sage Mountain Farm:
I have been selected to represent the Hamilton Secondary Bobcat Band on an exciting trip to Troy University to attend the Summer Music Leadership Camp from June 5-13. During this experience, I will participate in a week-long music leadership program at Troy University and tour several historical sítes across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.
This opportunity will be an incredible educational and personal experience; however, the trip is not fully funded. Our band program will be holding fundraisers to offset the cost, but I am also reaching out for additional help. The cost for the trip is approximately $1625 per student, which includes aúrfare, transportation, Troy University camp, lodging, meals, and sightseeing/museum fees. With the help of parents, family members, and community members, we hope to reduce this cost as much as possible.
I am writing to ask if you would be willing and able to sponsor me for this special opportunity. Any contríbution, no matter the amount, would be greatly appreciated.
